Either we can have a society that protects the billionaires (which we have) or we can have a society that protects everyone. Other wealthy nations have healthcare for all, but America, the wealthiest nation in the world, cannot? Time to fix this.

Yep. Its literally one or the other, not both. Up until very recently, we really didn't have a clear PROVABLE case for this dynamic but we have it now.

I was ready to dismiss Tom Steyer because he’s a billionaire, but he deserves credit for supporting this wealth tax to fund healthcare. And of course, he has supported climate groups for years.

What in the world happened to Katie Porter? Getting torn to shreds by Crypto in the Senate race maybe? Or was she always like this, just less obvious?

Pathetic that these two Union reps can’t find the courage/awareness to endorse Butch Ware for governor, when the topic of gubernatorial politics was introduced.

He is the only choice for labor. And Hamilton, he should be the subject of your next interview.

Well, this article wasn't about that. Do you know that they explicitly HAVEN'T endorsed him?

Never said it was. Just trying to get ahead of the ‘Greens can’t win so why support them’ cancer that infects many on the left, and many in the labor movement, even though the Green policy Rx most aligns with labor interests.

And yes, I’m making an assumption they haven’t endorsed, as anyone who would have done so would be remiss in not mentioning said endorsement at every opportunity.

Would love to be mistaken on that front.
