Not too sure you’re worth more than a free reply. You have an agenda - which is to be expected and thus your writing on Substack. All very well and good. The thing is that I’ve worked in both unions and management and have found a team effort is required to succeed. It isn’t an us and them conflict. Also I do agree that both parties play those in unions for their own advantage.

Roger, what you posted via A.I. was the kind of drivel you'd hear from some rightwing CEO, like, I dunno...Musk. Use A.I. as a tool but remember who is driving the bus. Since you had experience in both unions and management, try writing from that perspective. It's human, at least. I believe the lord you follow would approve.
Your AI drivel is actually 100% bullshit. Sure unions maybe aren’t perfect, but the idea that the worker should ‘become flexible’ as a means of protecting himself is laughable - many very skilled and very flexible workers are also being shafted, if you haven’t noticed. Many very skilled and flexible workers are being dropped and replaced with the same wonky AI that wrote your stupid comment.
On the other hand, the idea that non-highly-educated workers are some sort of relic of the past is also violently stupid. When the pandemic hit we saw super fucking clearly which workers the country can’t do without, and hint-hint, it wasn’t the ‘multi skilled and flexible’. We keep devaluing the work of people who do unglamorous jobs, and now your virtual assistant has literally written them out of existence, but we all literally perish without them. You twat.

Why should other people bother reading what you figured wasn't worth writing?

Hmmm good company if you ask me 😂. I wish you much happiness in your worker’s paradise 👍

You sure are a curious little tadpole…bless your heart 😌
You sure told me 😂 I am suddenly convinced! It must be the Lord doing miracles.
If only you believed
